Join Us for the 2024 Bike Everywhere Lunch!
Pedaling for Progress
Join hundreds of Washington community leaders, bicycle advocates, and bicycling enthusiasts at the Bike Everywhere Lunch benefitting Cascade Bicycle Club. This year our theme, “Pedaling for Progress”, is a chance to celebrate the policy wins we’ve had in the last year and come together to push forward the work that still needs to be done.
As the voice for people on bikes, Cascade is working diligently at the city, county, and state level to make biking safer in 2024. We are pushing to complete trail networks, advocating for new infrastructure in the communities that most need it, and giving the next generation the tools they need to ride. While there is still a lot of progress to be made, each pedal (and each person) can help move us forward. With your support, we will work to build the cities, education opportunities, and trails that create a healthier, more equitable, and sustainable future.
Introducing our Keynote Speaker: Councilmember Claudia Balducci
King County Councilmember Balducci has spent the last two decades, first as a Bellevue councilmember and mayor and now representing the Eastside on the King County Council, advancing transportation policies and investments to make safer, healthier communities – including for people who bike. As a regular bike and transit commuter, she understands first-hand the challenges and opportunities of our regional transportation system for people who need and want alternatives to driving. She’s a regional champion for better biking, walking, and transit who believes that more transportation choices give more people the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
